I created SparkScale after more than a decade leading go-to-market, partner, and regional operations for global SaaS companies across Australia, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia.

Having built and led APAC business units from very early stages, I’ve seen firsthand where international expansion succeeds and where it commonly breaks down.
